• Windmills x 15
• Merkins X 10

The Thang

Slow mosey on over to the Soccer field

Bo’ Berry Biscuit

• 1 lap around the 1/4 mile track
• 10 Burpees
• Repeato x 4

Slow mosey on over to the parking lot

10 Minute Challenge

• 10 SSH
• 10 Prison Squat
• 10 Merkins
• Repeato every minute for 10 minutes

@Escalade takes the helm

Mosey on over to the other Soccer field, Partner up

• P1: Feet on the rail, 5 Derkins
• P2: Backwards sprint 30 yards and back
• Flap Jack
• Repeato x 3

Indian Run (two lines) one Merkin off the back to the other Soccer field

• Cakalaca Choo Choo across the field

Slow mosey to the pond

• 10 Burpees
• Up Heart Rate Hill
• 2 Dips
• Repeato x 5 (decrease Burpees by two, increase Dips by two each time)

Mary

• Reverse Crunch x 15
• LBC x 15

• Brutal heat and humidity out there this morning, way to push through
• #Tclaps to the #BullRunners, as well as #TheBear and #TheGoat participants
• That 10 Minute Challenge is deceptively tough, especially out in the Sun.  YHC did notice a bit more whining than usual (and the mumble chatter fell off after round 5)
• YHC noticed some questionable counting out there with regards to burpees and squats. I know, because I was busy looking at you while I should have been doing mine.
• I am personally grateful that the men mentioned in the first paragraph stepped out on their own to set up this group in Harrisburg.  Their hard work and sacrifice in those early years grew the PAX to what it is today.  We are all stronger for it.  Thanks Men.
