Three Pax showed early (2 much earlier than the 3rd) for an impromtu Q by YHC. Here is what we got into ..

Half Hearted Disclaimer Given

Mosey toward the Cricket Parking lot. Exercise numbers varied for no particular reason and YHC can not remember what they were. #newbornfog
SSH, Windmill, Cotton Pickers, Plank Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Merkins

Mosey toward the entrance to the park
10 jump ups on retaining wall (over drainage ditch, considered giving disclaimer again)
10 dips IC
10 jump ups
7 dips IC
10 jump ups
5 dips IC

Mosey back to shelter near Dog Park.
30 step ups (15 each leg)
10 incline merkins IC
30 step ups (15 each leg)
7 incline merkins IC
20 step ups (15 each leg)
5 incline merkins IC

Mosey to hill outside baseball field
5-1 Burpee Ladder with jump squats at bottom of hill

Mosey to cars for water (hot, humid, no wind)

Mosey to soccer field bleachers. (Funny/worried looks when I started drying shoes on the concrete)
1 Incline Merkin on each seat of bleachers working up to top (ten in total)
1 Decline Merkin on each seat back down (Second Disclaimer was needed at this point)
10 Count Rest
Repeato with 2 Incline, 1 Decline

Team up to do combined –
70 Carolina Dry Docks
140 step ups
210 squats
(numbers in honor of YHC’s 7th child being 7 days old)
The timer was a lap around the soccer goal by the person (people) not doing exercise

Squirm – 20 (??) IC
Homer to Marge to Rosalita to Dolly thing that sucked and we did it forever and YHC had to call recover because I didn’t think Deuce would ever stop – Like an hours worth IC

  1. Thanks for taking the lead, Astrovan! It was a tough beatdown made tougher by the heat and humidity. Don’t normally need a water break, but the sweat was just pouring off of us.
