I rolled in at 0530 on the dot to find one VW in the parking lot. No Sugar, but is that Sparky’s VW – no it’s Kato! Five minutes of breeze shooting delivered one more – Marie Calendar at 0535.

THE THANG: We ran the Ryan St. extension: NW on Moss Farm to the T, Right on Moss Plantation, Left on Broderick, Left on Indian Beech, Right on Ryan, Right on Ravenscroft, Right on Alexia, South on the Greenway and “sprint” home.
Distance: 2.8 – 3.1 mi
Pace: 7:43 – 8:20ish
MARY: Stretch OYO
COT: Pray for Sparknut’s daughter Claire. Dr’s testing to find out why she had a seizure.
MOLESKIN: Great to have Kato in the mix! Had fun hangin with you guys this morning. Sorry about the late BB. I guess “late” is the theme of the day!

Yeah, I think we were close to bagging it this morning but glad to see we kept the Cruise alive. Thanks for taking the lead, SparkNut, and agree it was good to see Kato on the run with us today. Not a lot of chatter, seemed like this morning we were just putting in the work, but as always glad I showed once it was all over.

I was right about one thing, I wasn’t going to make the cruise. But wrong about going to Skywalker or The Dawg House. Let’s say, I should be well-rested for boot camp tomorrow.
I’d love to come to the cruise sometime. Sounds like fun.
