King Tiger 5K practice run and more!

13 men took on the gloom at our Saturday cruise. Seems that the changes in starting points is peaking the interest of the pax! Who knew that was all it would take to get some more men out there.
This morning we wet in the 5 guys parking lot. Apparently my directions were not the best…..but anywhoo….
First section – Run the king Tiger 5K route.
Second section – Run down Claude Freeman, left on to David Taylor, Left onto Senator Royal and back to 5 Guys.
If you completed all of it, you were right around 5.7miles. Jumanji clocked 7!
So we had quite a bit going onto today at the Cruise. RibShack was determined to leave the “FatPack” behind. But its not such an easy thing to do. You see fatness creates a vacuum that will suck you right back to them. The pull was so strong on RibShack, that I believe he is injured and had to leave us at 3.2miles. Rest up brother! And embrace the FatPack!
At Funky’s wheezing had some pax so concerned that I was asked to keep a close eye on him! But he seemed to shake it off and finished strong! Buckwheat ran further than he has ever run, AGAIN! Just knocking down those milestones buckwheat! It truly is inspiring to see you out there running. You see, Buckwheat used to be so scared of running, he would only go to non running workouts! How things have changed! 5.7miles today! Next week, we are going to get you past 6miles!
Innkeeper showed he has not lost too much during his vacation from F3. Just glad to have you back bro!
I did not see much of the “Fast” guys during the first 3 miles, but I am sure impressive feats were achieved.
Apparently Mr Belding, Brutus and Hot Wheels invented their own route this morning? Not really sure what happened or where they went. But all were found and accounted for!
The “Fast” guys eventually found the “Fatpack” and 7 of us proceeded down the second leg. YHC found his legs at this point and actually felt fantastic running up Senator royal. My pace on the last mile was 8:13, which was about 1:30 faster than the other 5!!
Jumanji Dominated again, running around like a Cheetah hunting prey! Not sure if he was able to tap Coyotes butt this morning though!
Coyote and Grizzly did great! Knocking out the whole route with ease!
Ajax did what Ajax does! #strong
