Had a lot of partner work planned, so looking for an even number of PAX. At 0529 Marie Calendar showed up to put us at 10 – perfect! But at 0530 an unidentified Altima flew into the parking lot, maintaining a speed of approximately 40 mph – the Gumpster – and screwed it up to put us at 11. Fortunately Stretchy brought up the rear, showing up after the mosey to get us to an even 12. Disclaimer and:

THE THANG
YHC did a little running in the Grand Canyon 2 weeks ago and wanted to share the love so:
Line up at the top of the Little Canyon at the front corner of the property. Gump was there, so much mumble chatter. Partner up for a grinder.
1. P1 run down the Little Canyon and back up while P2 does burpees, then switch, until a combined total of 100
-there was a comment about creativity, or the lack thereof, but not much mumble chatter after we started
2. P1 run down the side walk while P2 does air squats, then switch til 200 total
-there was so comment about smelling gas. Who knows, so relocate to Mick Jagger Center
3. P1 run while P2 does LBC, then switch til 300 total
Mosey to the lower lot at the retention wall
4. P1 run a lap around Marie’s car while P2 does Amurakins, alternate til 100 total
5. P1 run around Marie’s car while P2 does incline Amurakins, alternate til 100 total

PRAYER – Please keep Olive (F3 Isotope) and his family in your prayers. He recently lost his young daughter very unexpectedly. If anyone knows more details or how we can help with meals, please comment. Hula led the prayer reminding us to be thankful for every moment and to have an eternal perspective. We don’t know which moment will be our last or how long we will have the blessing of living with our loved ones.
