The two year anniversary celebration of YHC’s journey with F3 resulted in a PAX of 28. YHC willing acknowledges the majority of those present either had no idea it was an anniversary Q or they didn’t care. Either way, it’s all good! With shovel flag planted and mediocre disclaimer given, the party started.

The Moleskin:
1. Great work by everyone in the PAX! F3 has personally been a blessing over the last two years. YHC is honored to call those in F3 Nation friends and is better because of the Fitness, Fellowship and Faith shared.
2. Some creature in the bushes four feet on the other side of the rail is either very excited to see @ColMustard or is on the verge of ripping his eye out. It was just creepy enough to make you wonder.
3. Is it a coincidence that half of those who left early (@Stoli, @Chavez, @Castro) have F3 names related to communist dictators and or countries? Where are they going and what are they planning? #conspiracytheory
4. Q school at the Davis Lake AO this Thursday at 0530.

I’m sure there was plenty of other noteworthy occurrences in the gloom this morning as the PAX was able to stay together all morning. Proximity creates opportunity for hilarity. Sound off in the comments!
@Alcatraz – that was a brutal lower body beatdown with some not so friendly merkins mixed in. I felt it going down the stairs today, ouch! Thanks for your continued dedication to the PAX and support of F3. We are stronger with you brother.
As far as that creature goes, we will have our day soon to battle it out. He is getting closure and closure to the rail.
T-claps to all the men that continue to post on Tuesday/Thursday. It is starting to become a #problematic workout once again. As you men know the mission of F3 is not to stay at one site, hold workouts and be comfortable. We need to be spreading F3 everywhere which means if we identify a man that can lead the charge somewhere else down the road then yeah it will require us to groom him and kick him in the ass. It is how this Region started and will continue to grow.
