MOLESKIN
Thanks to all for following me this morning. I had a lot of fun and it is always an honor to lead such a fine group! Solid work by all. Strong showing by Sugar and Marie leading the pack this morning.

Props to some who have made significant progress: Decaf, Sourdough, and Sparky. Keep it up gentlemen!

I also want to give a special shout-out to Kato. He introduced the Lucky Horseshoe to me, but more importantly led my first beatdown 2.5 years ago. I’ll spare you all the details, but I’ll just say that it was a kettle bell workout and I had no kettle bell, but still spent almost half the time laying on the pavement trying to catch my breath. Kato last led the Horseshoe about 11 months ago and posted the BEST BACK BLAST EVER afterward. Please check out the link http://f3nation.com/2015/05/28/anniversaryhorseshoe/ Hopefully the link works. We’ve had some technical difficulties.

  1. Dang great BB, glad there was something to read.. as @Highlands has not been posted yet

    1. Jelly told me there’s a glitch in the system, so you have to use the “text” entry rather than “picture”.

  2. The links are not working correctly, but please take the time to copy and paste in the address to check out the BEST BACK BLAST EVER. It’s a great story.

  3. Congrats @WaterBoy!

  4. Kato led my first beat down as well at Cox Mill (#Sirius_RIP). Consisted of repetition of a circuit of exercises (jump-ups, block swings, dips etc.), each lasting one minute and then rep count was recorded to determine progress (or lack thereof, in my case).

@Waterboy, back in the saddle, well done, you started the habit now.

  5. Indeed @Sparknut Best Backblast EVER!! Miss you @Kato

  6. Miss Kato. Always a great beatdown Sparknut.

Great to be beck. Wrist fells good! Wish I could do the 5 k but alas I have to work Saturday with a 6 am start.

Thanks for the prayers guys as those who know me and our history know how unexpected this is and whatever God’s will is for us I need your support.
