Well, I wrote up a proper backblast, but something is wrong with the website. It didn’t let me post the text, then I lost it. This second go around will be short because I have to get back to work. 4 pax took an easy stroll around District 7 to show Exit 54 what one of his new AOs has to offer.
We did some running, bear crawled through the split rail fence, tested ourselves with the balls to the wall crawl, dipped into the abyss merkin, and did some burpees and pull ups for good measure. A lot more, too. #GottaShow2Know

My first time in the Boondocks and I’m definitely a fan. Spooky Half is worth the price of admission on its own.
