10 posted at The Ridge just in time to catch some rain Othello brought with him. We also welcomed our newest Harrisburgian (?) as Exit54 has made the move from Concord.

Frankenstein Walk towards the center of the lot
Mosey to the first lost, Basketball Weave the entire length of the lot to the left, then back to the right.
Line up on the curb for suicides
Sprint 2 lines, 2 Mericans, back 1 line, 1 Merican. Continue until you get to the other end of the lot.
Same thing going back with Air Squats.
Wet Mosey to the tires, pick out some good ones.
In teams of 2 or 3 (depending on the tire), 1 guy flips the tire while the other(s) Bear Crawl. Continue across the field to the school.
20 Air Squats.
Same thing coming back with Walking Lunges.
Switch out some tires, so we have 2 per tire.
1 guy flips twice towards the other, who is doing Mericans. Continue back and forth until the pair gets 50 Mericans total.
Repeat with 50 Air Squats
Repeat with 50 Diamond Mericans (thanks Bull)

1. Thanks for coming out. Wouldn’t be out there if not for you guys. Again, we’re coming up on 3 years. Think about where you were physically 3 years ago, how far you’ve come, and how someone you know can improve that much in the next 3 years….then EH him.
2. Great effort on the tires by all. SidVicious is sneaky strong (kinda like SSMinnow). I was just trying to keep up with HoneyDo, but Sid was right there with us, making it look easy. KBs have been paying off!
3. Again, big welcome to Exit54. He’s been a staple in the F3Concord group for years, but has now moved to the ‘Burg, and F3Harrisburg just got a little faster. And stronger. And probably nicer.
4. Had a brief thought of doing tire shoulder presses before coming back across the field, but with as slippery as those things were at that point, probably wasn’t the best idea…but it would have been awesome! Next time.

Gamma

Strong work this morning.
Hate I missed the Big @Exit54 welome. Glad to have you here!
Thanks, Solo. This was my first outing at the Ridge, definitely see some potential for that place.
Sweet…I may come out now that I know there’s potential. That’s what has been holding me back.
Great morning for some tire flippin (thanks for the pre-emptive glove recommendation @Gamma)!
Nice to see @Exit54 in the Burg. Now that you’ve widened 85 through your exit for those reaching Concord, can you finish the bridge in Harrisburg?
Untapped potential… the story of @Hootie’s life.
Nice lead @Gamma, my arms are still pumped from Sunday. I am a Spartan!
Welcome @Exit54. DT doesn’t do rain, so we’ll see you on Thursday!
Gamma … those really big tires you and ScheduleC tackled were made even bigger with your rucks…extra strong work
Exit54 … welcome to @F3Harrisburg … lots of options…see you around the neighborhood
