2 brave Lakers posted in the rain Saturday morning.  YHC is all by himself in parking lot with one minute until 0700 when Lead Pipe makes his entrance.  I check to see if there is a Q…..nada.  “Lead Pipe, you ready to work out?  Yeh, why not?  Then he realizes he forgot his Fitbit.  No problem I say….let’s just Mosey to your house to get it.  We do so and Lead Pipe comes to the conclusion that his house is not as close to the AO as he once thought:)  We Mosey back for Warmaroma.

YHC asks Lead Pipe for an exercise.  The only exercise he can think of is the Burpee.  Burpees it is.  In honor of the Final Four, we did for sets of Burpees, running, Mecans, repeat 4 x.

And a bunch of other stuff that YHC cannot remember.
