4 Stoners braved the last (hopefully) 30 degree morning to get some solid mid-week cardio
There was very little debate as to the route, we all agreed we’d follow Sparknut into the gloom for an “easy” cruise. That’s where it all went sideways, at least for those of us that don’t consider sub-8:30 pace miles easy.
Depart OES and headed to the haunted daycare and back, took a wrong turn, got corrected and back on track to the green way and ultimately OES.
Total: 4.05 miles, time 33:38 by my watch.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been out due to a nagging shoulder injury. Great to get out with good men and breathe some fresh air. Solid efforts by all and the progress is in the numbers (even if Marie Calendar can’t read them).
