YHC looked around 9:30 last night to see who had the Q for SWAT and no one was signed up, so I did the only thing I knew and signed up (so we wouldn’t awkwardly be standing in a circle wondering who the Q was and what we were going to do). 7 men were present when we started and then the 8th showed up in Farm fashion. Nice of you to join us Guinness! Good thing we did a TFM – The Farm Mosey – Short Mosey close to starting point so late comers know where to find the PAX. We’ll see how this goes after not doing KB’s since The Valley started many months ago. Anyway, this is what we did.

WARM UP:
TFM to lower parking lot
SSH x 15 IC
Imperial Squat Walker x 10 IC (@Coyote was confused)
Cotton Picker x 16 IC
Mountain Climber x 14 IC
(The PAX wasn’t counting very loud so I got some numbers wrong)
Arm Circles

THE THANG:

1 Burpee
20 KB Swings
2 Burpees
20 Squat Press
3 Burpees
Lawn Mower Pulls x 10 each arm
4 Burpees
20 Curls
5 Burpees
Clean and Press/Snatch x 10 each arm
6 Burpees
20 Tricep Extensions

REPEATO starting with 6 Burpees then KB Swings and so on
– This is where Sensei made some grunting noise that sounded like someone in the British Parliament “agreeing” with a proposal. Many other comments were made regarding the Parliament.
REPEATO starting with 1 Burpee then KB Swings and so on (shortened reps to 10 for most instead of 20)

MARY:
WWII Situps w/bell x 10
LBC w/bell x 10 IC
Low Flutter with Chest Press x 10 IC
Homer to Marge
Pretzel Crunch x 10 IC – Flapjack

Almost Dry Moleskin:
1. Thanks for following me this morning gents.
2. @Coyote – great jumps on the Mericanless Burpees!
3. @Brutus – great to meet you and glad you’re enjoying it!
4. I knew @Coyote and @Shawshank didn’t want to get wet, but didn’t expect them to leave right before Mary just to stay dry.
5. Enjoy your day men, and remember to strengthen your minds as well today through the Word of God!

  1. Nice one, @GentleGrizzly! Good job on that 45 pounder. My weight, 30, was light compared to yours.

  2. Anyone got a 35 pound bell to trade?

  3. Thanks for picking up the Q slack, Grizzly. Though, I’m pretty sure a people’s Q would have resulted in fewer burpees…

  4. @Grizzly, you’re soooo funny…

I was enjoying the nice warm fartsack this morning. Can’t believe @Trail Mix was there. I don’t ever remember seeing that guy at a KB beatdown.

  5. Nice job @grizzly. Definitely felt the burn.
