4 pax, including 1 FNG, hit District 7 with a fury this am.  Here’s what we did.

Warmup

Mosey over to the rough parking lot.

• SSH x20
• 1 Burpee
• Windmill x15
• 2 Burpees
• Imperial Walker x15
• 3 Burpees
• Hill Billy x15
• 4 Burpees
• Merkin x10
• 5 Burpees

The Thang

Run the Snake back and forth along all the parking stripes.

• Mountain Climber x15
• Air Squat x15
• Merkin x10
• Standing Lunge x15

Zig-Zag Hop along the fence towards the street, then back towards the school.

• Plank, Side-plank L/R

Mosey to the modular classrooms around back.

• Bear Crawl the long boardwalk. Shift one row.
• Bear Crawl to the end of the boardwalk.
• Hand Rail Shimmy (hands and feet on rails) to the ground.

Mosey to bus lot area.

• 6 slow Abyss Merkins on the crazy benches.

At the playground:

• 5 Pull ups
• 10 Merkins
• 20 LBC
• Repeato the series until time is called.
• Inclined Body Pull on the weird jungle gym thing.

Mosey to the cars.

1. Welcome @Gridiron!  I enjoyed getting to know you this morning.  You did great on your first time out.  Keep coming and you will get stronger!  BTW- I think you got lucky with your F3 name.  They are usually a bit on the insulting side.  I know you will live up to it, though.
2. @Thick Burger and @SS Minnow, strong performance as always.  It’s always a pleasure to have you guys out there with me.
3. See everybody on Saturday at Reedy Creek Park. Despite this backblast’s title, I can’t promise it will just be a stroll in the park.  I can’t wait to get this thing rolling!
