This is what you do when you travel.
All All MECA BackblastsFebruary 25th, 2016
2 men posted at Area 7 today hoping to have some hot water waiting back at home despite power outages. life in the boondocks. #boondockproblems A virtual flag was waving somewhere in the dark.
My last post was 3 weeks ago in ATL, and it sucked… Sad… I’ve felt lost without posting at F3. Even tried to keep the sprit while on the road. So I created a hotel workout, and decided to share it today. Keeping in mind, most people in the hotel gym’s are leery of other exercisers to begin with. I’m sure the puddles of sweat left behind have also left a few in wonder.
- Jog around to the back of the school lot, butt kickers, high knees along the way.
Line up, (2 people technically cannot make a circle, geometry)
- 15 SSH
- 10 Windmill
- 10 Imp Storm Troopers
- 10 Merkins
The hotel thing:
- 10 Lunges ea leg.
- 10 Merkins
- 3 Broad jump burpees
- 3 Get up each arm
- 10 LBC
Around the lot (more of the same)
- 10 Merkins
- 10 Broad jump Burpees
- 3 Get up’s ea arm
- 10 LBC
Rinse and repeat for 5 full sets around the bus lot.
Finish up with Jack Webb.
- Suicides across the lot.
- Suicides back the other way.
- Pull Ups.
- Peoples Chair
- BTW
Run back around the long way with the Hallelujah run
Mary:
- 10 Low Flutter
- Homer to Marge
- 10 Low Dolly
- 10 Mason Twist
- 15 Bicycle
- Some weird exercise that involved parking lot cones. The memory is painful, grainy and dark…
The moleskin:
- Always a blast working out with you Deuce! Hope the foot is feeling better.
- Are shoes on a wire at an elementary school sign of gang activity, or did some elementary kid go home with very dirty socks?
- I hope the worst of the travel for 2016 is in the past (like this workout.) Only better things to come!
Have a blessed day/night

Thanks for posting Deuce! Hope to see more out there someday.
Enjoyed it! Thanks for leading. There is no way I would do this alone . . . I might workout alone, but there wouldn’t be any burpees.
