– I wasn’t sure what type of weather we were going to have this morning as I didn’t really follow the news as I knew I had to Q either way. Turned out to be nice and cold.
– We seem to have ample workout spots in this AO along with hills here and there #lotsofrealestate
– We had a small crowd this morning but everyone was pushing hard to get their Monday workout in
– Several opportunities for runs coming up this Spring, check them out – Harrisburg 5K, Spartan Series, F3 MC Mud Run, Highland Creek 5K, etc..

Just missed Solo Cup and Othello (only 8 guys there)
Tough workout, @ColMustard, although you may be the worst name-taker in MeCa. I guess you make up for it with Mericans…so thanks, I think.
@Pharaoh – thanks for the push this morning. You get extra credit for having to hold me up on the suspended dips.
My pleasure to partner up Gamma
Names have been added, thanks @SoloCup.
@Gamma – I am only 32 and can’t remember names… I will blame it on lack of sleep or I could just own it. I think I will own it and try better next time.
@Stoli – nice to see you at the track this morning. We need to get our other #Highlands brothers out. Lots of fun to be had at this AO. Its been a while since we partnered up, thanks for the push.
I got some legs in there also. Wasn’t just beach peck day.
Some legs is an understatement. A Col. Workout gaurantees lower body pain. Today was no exception.
