Moleskin:
- Thanks for posting, Gents. I can’t think of a better way to start the weekend.
- Derby was weightvestless (it’s a word) today. I think it threw him off his game….or maybe it was my Chowderized instructions.
- @Glock – Nice shoes. That guy is getting much faster.
- @Bling – Way to push and thanks for the welcome. I thought it would just be us and I really wanted an update on your cross country journey planning.
- @Stoli – Sorry we left you, but aren’t you glad you made it out and got in a solo workout? #accountability #Mguilt
- This post is dedicated to Wolfman Jack and Casey Kasem. Well the latter is a long distance dedication.
- Finally, we are only on this moving sphere we call Earth for a short period of time. Make the most of it.
Godspeed

I see the word sprint enough times in this BB that I am very glad I decided to rest my hammy today.
Good call, it was definitely a hammyfest today.
Hate that I missed it! Alarm response malfunction…
What a great workout! Thanks Pavarotti for leading!
