31 Men braved the frost laden tundra of MCP for a Hammer led beatdown proven to be harder than any frisbee tossing beatdown proposed by another unnamed PAX (although you can probably google it).  Sign-up Genius IT support must be on leave so Hammer took to social media to promote is awful agenda and the PAX responded in droves. He became the “Sign up Imbecile”. The monstrosity went a little like this:

Partner 1&2: Mosie lap to last light pole

Partner 1&2: Declines Merkins x 100, Incline merkins x 200, step ups x 300 (jump ups count as 2)

Peoples chair with Air presses, left leg up, right leg up x 3

Step up or Jump up on the curb x 15

Balls to the wall for 30 sec x 3

Mosie to Rails for partner workouts

Rail Ride x 2

Bear crawl under the Rail Ride x 2

Mosie to Parking lot for Mary with a Plank wait along the way for the six.

Thee Naked Moleskin:

1. Pleasure to lead 30 of you men today. I trust you were delivered a worthy beatdown. Thanks for participating along side with me for my six-pack.
2. I think there were at least 3 FNG’s. Mostly with Wild Turkey, way to go Turkey.
3. Pray for the Riddering Family.  Today is the state side funeral for Mike Riddering who was killed by Al-Qaida Terrorists in Burkina Faso. He followed God’s plan and served widows and orphans at an orphanage in Burkina.  Pray for his wife Amy, their children and the kids that are orphaned again.  God has a special plan here.
4. I am sure Google beatdown on Monday will be worse now that Gump called him out.  Show to know at the speedway turn 1.
