32 men birthed from the Tradition AO converged to see what YHC had to offer. Lots of familiar faces and lots of new faces. Of course it wouldn’t be right to start the workout without giving guys like @MajorPain, @ForgottenJelly, @Dingo and the @TheFarm a chance to get their #mummblechatter out of the way so I let them have their minute and then we were off into the gloom. @MajorPain didn’t like that we started 1 minute late but that was your fault.

Warmup Lap around the Parking Lot

COP:

SSH x20
Merkin Warm Up
– Merkin x5
– Diamond Merkin x5
– Wide Merkin x5
– Carolina Drydock x5
– Staggered Merkin x5 – Right
– Staggered Merkin x5 – Left
Air Squats x20
Windmill x10
Mountain Climbers x15

Run to the side of StoneBridge Church

Partner up for the following:
Partner Carry to the end of the Parking Lot (switich if needed)
At end of Parking Lot perform 15 Partner Derkins each
Partner Carry back to starting point (switch if needed)
Perform 15 Jump Squats each
Repeato x3

Bear Crawl half of Parking Lot and then Lunge the remaining half
Perform 15 jump lunges at the end
Run back to starting point
Repeato x2

Partner up for the following:
Partner Cak-a-lac-a-choo-choo ~25 yards
Partner Wheel Barrow ~25 yards

Run to corner of Parking Lot

Parking Lot Ladder:
– 20 Squats
Run
– 10 Burpees
Run
– 20 Merkins
Backwards run to starting point
Repeato x3

MARY
Low Flutter x15
Low Dolly x15
Pretzel Crunch x10 each side
Reverse Crunch x15

Moleskin:
– T-claps to all the men that posted this morning at Tradition. Thanks for coming out. Lots of #Respects out this morning, way to push hard men.
– Lots of #mummblechatter before the workout started but silience after that. Either the PAX was smoked or they were bored. A friend told @MajorPain that they were disappointed by the workout, well guess I will be back next week and make sure I take it up another level.
– T-claps to @Skipper for remembering all the names. Must be a pre-req for joining Air Force Reserve.

    Lots of tough exercises that brought on the burn!

    @Farm – I was not born yesterday and spent 6 months at Highlands enduring Col Mus Q’s. The one thing I know, is he likes carrying people.
