7 men came to play in the rain, and were not disappointed.  Bull even got his hat washed.

Start each lap together. Bull led the run to collect six each lap
– 1st lap, 10 Merkins at each corner (different type of merkins if you like)
– 2nd lap, 10 Carolina dry dock at each corner
– 3rd lap, 10 Jump squats at each corner
– 4th lap, 5 burpees at each corner

– Mosey out the gate and up the stairs
– Stair climb x1

– Wide merkins x15
– Found 5 of the missing burpees from the track
– Mosey to hill for set of 11s (merkins and jump-squats)
– audible because it’s really soggy and slick on the hill

– 3 sets of 1/2 parking lot suicides
– Mosey to mary
