Four somewhat reluctant pax appeared in the pouring rain at #DavisLake.  After two minutes of trying to talk each other out of the workout, or audible to the warm, dry confines of the Davis Lake exercise room (only a few steps away), @BlackBeard finally stated the obvious, “We’re already wet just standing here talking…”  Bang!  We were off for a 1 mile warmup run.  During the run we stopped halfway for a warmup COP and then headed back to the parking lot for the main event, which was finally decided on by YHC during said warmup run.

If a man is going to voluntarily exit his cozy fartsack on a chilly, very wet morning then he’s up for a challenge and wants to better himself.  Enter “The Vern”.  Slightly modified today, but we accomplished:

1 mile run

10 Burpees – Run 200 yards

20 Dips – Run 200 yards

25 Mericans – Run 200 yards

30 LBCs – Run 200 yards

Repeato, repeato, repeato (until 6:05)
