Will It Ever End?
All East Charlotte BackblastsDecember 21st, 2015
Mint Hill produced 12 steely-eyed warriors this morning. They enjoyed cocoa while taking about their feelings and Star Wars. Topics of conversation were:
#Warm Up
Mosey and wiggle over to the fields. The ones with the white signs that say “Stay off Grass.”
#The Thang
Easy peasy today. We are only doing 5 exercises.
- Merkins
- Air Squats
- LBC
- Reverse Crunch
- Lunges
Here’s the catch: We start with 5 each and once you have completed one set you sprint to the other side of the field (with the white signs that say “Stay off Grass”) and back. Then repeato and add 5 reps. Continue up till you hit 25 or 30 and start working your way back down. Hit 5? Start going up again. Easy.
#Mary
YHC was feeling particularly festive this morning and decided to let the pax pick the exercises. Consider it the “best of Mary, 2015.”
- Russian Twist (Babyface) x 21
- Protractor (Brutus)
- LBC (?) x 21
#Moleskine
- An amazing morning with the Mint Hill pax. Great group of guys
- Nice seeing Gamma and Clueless out in Mint Hill. But, they showed up to YHC leading. Guess they just can’t get enough. 🙂

Great seeing everyone this morning. Sound off in the comments! I want all the Star Wars Spoilers!!
A Star Wars themed workout woulda been cool. But that seemed like a lot of work.
They all die. That’s the end of Episode 7. Then they are all ghosts in the next two movies. Ghost Wars and Ghost Wars Part Duex
Great simple workout this morning that made my shoulders hurt.
Good to see you again SC, strong lead as always.
And thanks for all your work for Mint Hill and Union County on our shirts.
Swiss Miss was running like The Flash out there this morning. I need to tap into that Speed Force. (Watch the show if you’re confused)
Have a great Christmas all.
@ScheduleC – thanks for lead, but for the record, we knew you were Qing about 3 minutes after you remembered you were Qing, thanks to #TheTwitters.
Great AO, and strong core group of men down in Mint Hill. Not sure where our next Monday road trip will take us, but very much enjoying the ride!
