It’s Dryer In The Middle

All All MECA Backblasts

11 no, make that 12 men decided they couldn’t live without seeing what YHC had in store for them today.

#Warm Up:
Mosey to the center of the MS track. You know, where it’s dryer.

#The Thang:
To the middle of the field and divide up into 2 groups.

Round 1:
Group 1: SSH AMRAP
Group 2: Sprint to the track and 15 Merkins
Continue until each group works down to 5 Merkins. Decrease by 5 each time.

Round 2:
Group 1: Air Squats AMRAP
Group 2: Sprint to the track and 15 Jump Squats
Continue until each group works down to 5 Jump Squats. Decrease by 5 each time.

Round 3:
Group 1: Squats AMRAP
Group 2: Sprint to the track and 25 LBCs
Continue until each group works down to 5 LBCs. Decrease by 5 each time.

Round 4:
Group 1: Dead Lifts AMRAP
Group 2: Sprint to the track and 20 CDDs.
Continue until each group works down to 5 CDDs. Decrease by 5 each time.

Mosey back to the cars for #Mary.

  2. Yep repeated lunges and squats will do that!!! The conditions were just the icing on the cake. Thanks for the lead.

  4. The question is – how does he predict the weather better then TWC?

    1. Well, in addition to my long and storied explorations of both pre-med AND pre-law, pre-meteorology was another of my many education paths. Seriously though, if I could figure out how to make money off this I would. Maybe a betting pool?

  6. Glad I almost ran the PAX over coming in on Rqgging Ridge Rd, otherwise I never would of found you guys. Good one as always Schedule C. You def got a thing for lunges and inclement weather.
