January 30 F3 Mint Hill will have the honor of hosting Dredd and OBT for a beatdown extraordinaire.  Come on out and learn from the founds of F3!

Date – January 30
Time – 0700
Place – Mint Hill Veteran’s Memorial Park,  8850 Fairview Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227

Coffeeteria to follow at a location TBD.

EH all your friends that aren’t in F3 and bring them along.

Mint Hill launched June 2015 and is currently running five workouts! Come check us out!  Below is our schedule.

Mondays 0530 – Piledriver (boot camp) at Mint Hill Veteran’s Park
Wednesdays 0530 – Pain Academy (boot camp) at Bain Elementary
Thursdays 0515 – Running Bear (running) at Mint Hill Veteran’s Park
Friday 0530 – Mint Hill Metal (gear) at Idlewild Baptist
Saturday 0700 – The Vet (boot camp) at Mint Hill Veteran’s Park

    This has been delayed until a new TBD date due to getting bumped from their commitments on the 23rd that got bumped because of the snow in Charlotte.
