About 50 of us came together (25 Pax and our Ms) at Carolina Ale House for our annual holiday party. There was a lot of food ready to go and it seems a lot of drinking occurred. We even had some visitors from Highlands (Chowder, Hammer, and BOS) and from Harrisburg (Gamma). YHC compiled a bunch of photos from throughout the year as well as found some on twitter that needed to be shared with others. Farm put together a little presentation on Davis Lake and I put together a top 10 list as well as the annual awards. Guinness put together a hilarious video that is available here. Finally, our fearless nantan, Chowder, addressed the Pax and shared some wisdom.

Unfortunately, it was really loud in the restaurant and I know that people couldn’t hear me, the video, Chowder, or the Farm. We couldn’t even see the Farm. I tried to get him to stand on a chair but he didn’t want to do it. I can’t imagine why. You can see the PowerPoint file with all of the awards here. Next year we will have the party at someone’s house so we can hear each other. I hope everyone had a good time. I can tell you that I had a great time and look forward to more 2ndF opportunities.
