A good solid 8 today for the temps we had. Lets keep it up through these cold months. (Gotta buy some warmer gloves!!)

Thanks again to Whatley for the contraband blocks – always nice to have as a go to!

Let’s keep thinking about our PAX on the IR and keep bugging our Fart-Sackers to get back out and join us! #accountability

  1. That was some fun!! Hands were a bit cold, but still a lot of fun!! Everyone have a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving weekend!!!!

  2. @Sugar, nice workout, legs and upper body combo make for full body pain!
@Pax, I’m up for any suggestions on cold weather gloves that help keep hands warm and tough enough for around-the-school bear crawls. My hands finally warmed up during Mary, with my fingerless weight lifting gloves.
I can be talked into The Valley on Thanksgiving if anybody else wants to carpool down there.

  3. Potty humor- we seem to know no limits. Good job in the cold, Sugar, as well as the rest of the PAX. Don’t let the weather scare any of you off like it seems to have done of late for some of our less hardy fellow Stoners. Showing up is 1/2 the battle…

  4. I agree I always feel accomplished as free a cold weather workout! Reach out to the pax and let’s keep numbers up through the winter.

By the way who knew I could fly over a fence like that!!!!

  5. Posting is habit forming, but so is not-posting. If you miss Tue/Thurs at RS, head down the road to Skywalker, Mon/Wed/Fri.

    1. Good call schnitzel on posting. Guys reply to all on my email and let’s see if we can get our numbers up next week.

      Anybody else sore?

  6. Awesome workout @Sugar! I was very tempted to fart sack but glad I didn’t. A lot of good mumble chatter which I interpret as trust in a strong Q. We knew you’d keep us on task.

@Pax – great job everyone, if we keep pushing each other like we have we all benefit. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and spend some time thinking about your blessings. I know I’ve got more than I can count and now include this group as part of them.
