• Slow walk to gather pax that were split up b/c of cars on the road.. how rude
• COP in front of @GulfStream’s House, lights are on lets see if we can get him outside
• Prison Merkins 1 to 10

• Still did not draw @GulfStream out of the house
• Pretzel Crunch x 15 each side

Pull Pax back together for Indian run back down Downfield Wood Dr.

• Stop under the street light @Gumps house

• Stop at first hill for 8 to 2 ladder.  Burpees at top Merkins at Bottom

• a few pax, well most, missed my Tweet yesterday ask for you to Pray for @Gulfstream so were really scratching their heads at to why we ran to his house and then Hug him.  As was explained he has had a tough 12 months with the loss of 3 parents the last being his mother in law a few days ago.  With a cracked rib he can’t come out so we took some 2nd F to him.
• Sorry my super-duper REI head lamp was mistaken twice as a car.  @nanny would be jealous if he knew the deal I got on the rechargeable puppy.
• Great to see @Pharrow out with us this AM, been a long time brother
• Ok, so I really sux at the hold Imperial Squat Walker thing.. thanks for helping with the Cadence counting there @PonyBoy, when are you Q’ing again?
