Sloppy Bearmuda Triangle – and no disappearances from the Pax

All All MECA Backblasts

November 19th, 2015 By Dutch

Woke up to the pitter patter of precipitation this morning, and jumped out of bed to don my F3 gear and hi tail it over to the AO where YHC had planned a first ever Bearmuda Triangle for the Pax in the soon to be excavated outback.  Wet and soggy, sloshy and mucky – who could ask for any more?

8 dedicated and precipation protected pax soon emerged and quickly took cover under the picnic table shelters for pre-warm up.  Innkeeper’s weather app indicated a rain stoppage around 5:45- so we had that to look forward to at least.

Disclaimer- and off we went for a wet mosey around the church and ended up in the back lot for a little WARMORAMA

SSH, IST, Low Slow Squat, MC’s and Low Slow Merks, all x12

About that time The Precinct Pax rolled in for an impromptu convergance! Welcome Pax – just in time to head to the outback for the Bear muda Traingle. Grab 3 tires+ one for confusion sake and make a triangle

Partner up – P1 bear crawl from Tire 1- a burpee, Bear crawl toT2- do 2 burpees, Bear Crawl to T3- do 3 burpees, While Partner 2 runs around the loop – switch until 2 loops are complete.

Repeato x 2  doing lunges and  10 step ups on tire,  10 derkins and  10 irkins

Repeato x 2 doing side planks then 10 CDD’s per tire.

Finally a little tire carry by some of the pax to the parking lot – where we worked a partner tire flip/ burpee combo-  2- 3 flips per tire – then  a burpee!  Fun stuff in the wet parking lot.

Mission accomplished as we moved the tires from the outback to their new resting spot in the back of the parking lot… Easy access for all Q’s – along with Cinderblocks and bricks – plenty of options for a pain- full beatdown.

Wet and soggy moleskin – great turnout Pax for a wet yet warm beatdown. The outback will never be the same! enJOY the day!
