6 brave men resisted the very comfortable FS and showed for a people’s Q. We learned 2 things: rocks are cold this time of the year, no one likes running, yet run we did. The morning went something like this:

WARM-UP

Everyone picked their favorite….. Side straddle hop, cotton picker, merkins, windmill, and a couple others that are escaping me

THE THANG

Grab a rock says Preamble and mossy back to the playground, so we did. Various things were done with the VERY COLD rocks. Squats. LBC’s, Skull Crushers, Merkins, chest presses, and a couple others that escape me.

Repeto, but wait……..

Backcracker suggests we do two of the thangs, and then run to the light pole in the parking lot, great running, just what the doctor ordered. So we do that then two more dangerous things with rocks then run to that blasted light pole again, and one more time for good measure.  At this point we ditch the rocks and Backcracker, who, BTW, does not like running, suggests suicides on the parking lot, of course he did, so that is what we did!

Time for Mary, PAX lead, we did all of the usual suspects and finished right on time.

Today was the first day I thought of staying in the warm bed when my alarm went off. I knew though that Preamble was coming to pick me up. He was doing this because he needed to be held accountable for picking me up, thus getting himself out of bed. See how this works?

Anyway, Mother Goose we are praying you are on the mend and will Q for us soon!
