An amazing morning to be out in the gloom. Some say it was perfect weather this morning, YHC tends to lean towards rainy and cold.

• 200 merkins
• 300 squats
• 1 mile run

The Moleskin:
Strong work from everyone this morning. I appreciate everyone that showed up to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and in a way, all veterans that have served and are serving this great country of ours.
