1st Davis Lake Kettle Bell Workout

6 men, including YHC, met at Davis Lake for the first kettle bell workout.  Great workout!  The PAX worked very hard.  Mumble chatter seemed non-existent.  If there was some, I tuned it out!

  • 10 Cotton Pickers

 

  • 15 KB swings
  • 15 Curls
  • 15 Overhead Presses
  • 15 Sumo squats
  • 10 Dutch Cucumbers (each arm)
  • 15 Double Tap Ball Breakers (arm extension into sit-up)
  • 10 Lunges (each leg)
  • Mosey after each set
  • (Repeat 3x)
  • 15 Clean and press
  • 15 Chest press
  • 15 Skull crushers
