6 men, including YHC, met at Davis Lake for the first kettle bell workout. Great workout! The PAX worked very hard. Mumble chatter seemed non-existent. If there was some, I tuned it out!

- 15 Double Tap Ball Breakers (arm extension into sit-up)
- 10 Lunges (each leg)
- Mosey after each set
- (Repeat 3x)
- 15 Clean and press
- 15 Chest press
- 15 Skull crushers
