I do not like cold bells

So last night about 9pm YHC checked to see who had the Q for this mornings KB workout. To my surprise there was no one listed. YHC then proclaimed, “I’m planning to go, I could Q”. YCH made the comment that our Winter Gear order should have been weeks ago so we could be ready for this morning. So this is how it went on the first cold workout.

The PAX did a short mosey (YHC has doctor’s orders to not run or jump due to nagging knee issue)
SSH x 2 (YHC didn’t want to watch everyone else)
IST x 16 IC
Mountain Climbers x 10 IC
Merkins x 10 IC
Cotton Picker x 10 IC
Arm Circles
Michael Phelps

20 oyo for exercises

1 Burpee
KB Swings
2 Burpees
Squat Press
3 Burpees
Lawn Pulls – 10 each
4 Burpees
Clean and Press or Snatch – 10 each
5 Burpees
6 Burpees
Skull Crushers

Repeato going 6-1 with burpees

KB stagger Merkins – 5 IC each arm

Slow mosey (YHC can’t run) to Outback
10 pull ups
10 toes to bar (Maximus is a beast at this!)

WWII x 10 oyo
Homer to Marge (PAX thought I fell asleep for the first hold Homer ~ 30 secs)
Pretzel Crunch x 10 IC each side
LBC x 15 IC

    Way to make it (1) out and (2) leading while on the DL. It was a tough workout. And yes, I still hate burpees.
