Moleskin:

  1. Great work this morning Pax! I’m very happy to be a part of a great group of men. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to lead and pushing me to be a better man!
  2. This is breast cancer awareness month. Special prayers for all those impacted.
  3. Opportunities to continue to help the flood victims in SC through GoFundMe and physical labor cleanup this weekend.
  4. The Harrisburg Food Pantry is always in need of donations. @SoloCup will collect and deliver.
  5. Support of Levine’s Children Hospital this weekend with a 5K. @TBone is part of a team supporting a local young girl with eye cancer.
  6. Counting up the total # of merkins between the PAX, we were close to 6006. We did complete one more set than we did last year (312 in total if you did them all). Here’s a link to the Charles Linster story if you’re interested… http://www.recordholders.org/en/list/ulysses.html

  1. Great #MumbleChatter at the end… Lois Lane, amateur astronomers… fun stuff.

Outstanding effort this morning. The soreness will be temporary… the M’s will love the results.

  2. Thanks @Clueless. That was tough. Some modification needed, but it was a good solid run for sure.

    1. Great to have you in Harrisburg @DickTracy! Yeah, it’s not easy to knock out those reps attacking the same body part. Way to push it and challenge yourself!

  3. Thanks @Clueless. Is it normal that I can’t lift my arms above my head?!?

Good times and great workout (even with modification).

    1. Totally normal. That’s how you know it’s working. Solid work! #IronSharpensIron, even through modification.

  4. Thanks for leading @Clueless. This is a tough one.

  5. Loved the Q @Clueless! Nice how you attacked different shoulder parts and broke up the “sprints” in between. More impressive was that nice spreadsheet detailing your Q you showed everyone at the end. #toomuchtimeonyourhands You are a true professional.

BTW-My kids say that we saw Venus just under and to the left of the moon this morning. Went onto the web to confirm and found this:

“The peak of the Draconid Meteor Shower takes place this evening. The waning Crescent Moon will offer no interference, barely visible in the dawn’s twilight. Although the Draconids usually offer a minor display of meteors – averaging about 10 per hour – an outburst is possible.”

    See you in the gloom.

  6. Strong workout today Clueless. Thanks for the lead.. On a separate note I am planning on heading down to Columbia Saturday. If anyone wants to go let me know. If anyone has any donations they want to send down let me know also.
