5 of the best looking Precincters gathered together for a Ol Reunion of Cinderblocks and Suicides. The morning weather was pretty ideal for this workout as we all needed the cool down throughout…here’s how she goes…

Warm Up:  Mozy to Man Downs cottage for our warm up exercises while waiting on him to relieve himself on His Throne; He let a few men down the drain according to the story he tells, so while we waited we made the most of our time by doing,

Station 1= CB Curls & CB Overhead Press x 20, 20, 10, 5 Each Round

Station 2= Low Flutter & The W x 20 IC and OYO x 20

Station 3= SUICIDES & Merkins x 20, 20, 10, 5

Station 4= CB Squat & CB Lunge x 20, 20, 10, 5

Station 5= Mountain Climbers x 20 IC x 20, 10, 5

Station 6= SUICIDES & Merkins x 20, 20, 10, 5

REPEATO x 4 with Rep Modifications Each Round!

Fruity Moleskin: Great workout today Men. Thanks for coming out and making the most of this with me. It was definitely harder than I expected when thinking it through! Those SUICIDES though…SUCK! Hope you feel great this evening and tomorrow morning from them!  AYE!
