- Heron pose (L/R) – decided this one should be shot and never come back

- Frog pose
- Bridge pose
- Seated Forward Bend pose
- Seated Wide Angle Forward Bend pose
- Revolved
- Seated Wide Angle pose (L/R)

- Roll up slowly, arms to sky, hands to namaste
