• On Back – Raised Knee to Chest pose (L/R)
• Cat/Cow pose
• Strong Cat/Strong Cow pose
• Half Bow Pose (L/R)
• Side Plank pose (L/R)
• Camel pose
• Soaring Bird pose
• Rabbit pose
• Side Lunge pose (L/R)
• Gate pose (L/R)
• Heron pose (L/R) – decided this one should be shot and never come back
• Cobra pose
• Bow pose
• Half Frog pose (L/R)
• Frog pose
• Bridge pose
• Seated Forward Bend pose
• Seated Wide Angle Forward Bend pose
• Revolved
• Seated Wide Angle pose (L/R)
• Wide Angle Forward Bend pose
• Roll up slowly, arms to sky, hands to namaste
