Wet and rainy for, what, the fifth day in a row? PAX did well though, this workout peaks in difficulty at around the halfway point, then gets easier at the end as the reps begin to drop. Backdraft showed some incredible form on his squats, Popeye seemed about 5% awake, Liger was in attendance and kept up with the group no problem.
Our thoughts are with Indy who missed today’s beatdown due to a cut on his finger. Also with Deertick who was unable to make it because the person who gives him a ride has a cut on his finger. Get well soon, both of you.
