Go to Indy’s Big Bad Truck that could probably tear Backdrafts in half in a pull and each PAX grabs an 8 lb paver.

MOSEY with PAVER held in front with flexed elbows to POWER PLANT at NEMC (Running with weights and arms in front loads all muscle groups, CORE, LOWER BODY, UPPER BODY)#thisispain

WARM UP

Slap Jacks x 25

Mt Climbers x 25

Arm Circles forward and backwards (Crazy how hard these are and its just your arm weight; makes no sense)

PALEO SQUAT

DOWNWARD DOG with HAMMY and CALF STRETCH

THE THANG PART 1

Bent Jacobs Ladder 7 to 1

Start near bottom of paved drive and run up to top of hill adjacent to POWERPLANT holding paver over head

AT TOP 7 BURPEES

Run back down

AT BOTTOM 6 BURPEES

Run back up with paver over head 5 BURPEES

RINSE AND REPEAT DOWN TO 1 finishing at top of hill.

Mosey with pavers to the BOX

THE THANG PART 2

Circuit is as follows using BOX #parkingdeckatnemc: Run up NE mineshaft to top alternating flights with paver over head and paver held in front; AT TOP do 10 walking lunges with paver over head; followed by 10 frog hoppers with paver; run down NW mineshaft to bottom; AT BOTTOM do 20 stump jumpers and then 10 walking merkins; pick up paver and run back to NE mineshift THIS IS ONE COMPLETE CIRCUIT

RINSE AND REPEAT FOR A TOTAL OF 4 CIRCUITS

MOSEY BACK TO AO DOING INDIAN RUNS WITH PAVER ALL THE WAY BACK.
