I say Area 51 because today is my 51st birthday. There were 18 lucky F3 members that were lucky enough to partake in my birthday workout.

The Thang

Mosey to the playground for the Deck of Death

First guy sprints to last basketball hoop and picks a card. do the number of reps of the exercise for that suit. The next guy sprints and so on until the deck is completed.

At the end we did a total of 94 Merkins, 94 Burpees, 94 LBC’s and 94 Reverse Crunch’s.

Mosey to guard rail at opposite end of playground. OYO 20 x Dips.

Run down hill to Highland Creek Parkway and make your way back to the parking lot.

The Mary consisted of

25 x Low Flutters. Thank You Google.

15 x Mason Twists

15 x Box Cutters. Thank You Alcatraz.

15 x Plank Jacks. Thank You Gump.

Bishop Swirl led us out with a very inspiring prayer. Please keep Emily and her family in your prayers. They are going through a very rough time and need our prayers.

It is always an honor to lead these workouts. I have been doing this for a little over 6 months now and this group has really changed me not just physically but mentally as well.
