September “Old Glory” at The Ridge

15 men ventured into the crisp gloom, dodged one of Cabarrus County’s finest, only to find @SoloCup was their Q.  Those on the Twitters (#HashTagsAreReal, Google it) knew full well that it was time for the September edition of Old Glory.

Our resident prodigal son, @ScheduleC, asked: “What’s that?”

PAX Lap Count

  • Mud Run registration has been extended until October 2.  See @SSMinnow for details
  • Food Pantry always needs help. Get your M to get a little something on her next trip to the Store, when she is done with the dishes of course. #IFailedOfficeDiversityTraining

  • Strong work by the Pax this morning, I hit a personal best and so did a few others. (Click Here to see the Pax Lap Count)
  • I added a quarter lap for everyone that said they did 2 laps.  Thanks to @Oz for helping us with the math
  • A couple questionable modifications out there and NO, you can’t double up on one exercise so that you can skip the Burpees. #.25DeductionForBeingSketchy
  • @Casper gave the kid @TheMagnificent a run for his money this morning.
  • Nice baseline for Posh out there.  Add a quarter lap next month
  • Great to see that @BanjoBoy could make it back out.  Let’s see if we can make it two Posts in a row.

I think I’d heard the term #oldglory before but never experienced he pain that it inflicts. Thanks for that downPAINment, I won’t be forgetting that one anytime soon

What does “prodigal” mean? I thought that was a band from the 90’s.
