Due to the Blue Ridge Relay things were pretty quiet and peaceful. The weather was spectacular and we were all looking forward to working out. Then Horse started and everything went to H#ll – one station at the time.

THE NAKED MOLESKIN
It may have been a coincidence but somehow there were nine stations right there on the CEC Campus. If you do not believe in coincidence, then Horse must have had a special guest with a pitch fork. This was a very clever workout.
The ranks were thinned by participants, drivers and spectators at the BRR. I believe that F3 had another successful event. Horse, of course, really stoked up the home fires in their absence and in hopes of sending some energy their way.
DA and Money chugged right through the workout. The War Baby discovered on the second rep that free standing knee bends on the bad knee were ill advised.
After the COT, Horse’s special guest must have departed because Horse had returned to his normal kind self. Thanks to DA for taking us out.
We missed several of our regulars and hope they all return next week. 007 had an excused absence to be on the left coast to welcome another grand baby. Congrats 007!
Great job, Horse. Thank you.
