Bucket and See-Saws

5 Lakers rose from the fart-sack for a Saturday morning workout that went something like this:

  • Mosey
  • 15 Side Straddle Hops IC
  • 10 Mercans IC
  • 15 Mountain Climbers IC
  • 5 Wide grip Mecans IC
  • 15 Imperial Storm Troopers IC
  • 5 Diamond Mercans IC
  • 10 Burpees
  • 5 Bulldog Mercans IC
  • 20 LBC
  • 15 Windmill IC
  • Mosey to lake
  • Flip cup
    • Land straight-up 5 Burpees, if not straight-up 10 Burpees
    • “ “” 20 LBC’s  “     “      30 LBC’s
    • “ “ 20 Mercans     “  “ 30 Mercans
    • “ “  30 Air squats  “   “ 40 Air squats
  • Partner up
    • 1 partner gets water from lake and bring back in cup to put in bucket
    • Other partner does Bobby Hurleys
      • Repeato with LBC’s
      • Repeato with Lunges

Trailmix took over

  • In parking lot near tennis courts…
  • Partner up.
  • Plank see-saw, 1 min.
  • P1 does 2-point suicides (w/ front & backward run) while P2 does curb dips. Flapjack.
  • Plank see-saw, 1 min.
  • Prisoner Hops down to sidewalk. 10 burpees. Lunge walk back.
  • 2 Lines. Indian bear crawls. Sprint back.
  • Mary with sprints: LBC, Low flutter, Low Dolly, Mason Twist, WWII sit-up, Crunchy Frog, Mercans, Plank Jack, Pretzel Crunch

Preamble took us out in prayer.
