Harrisburg Murph August 2015

10 Strong Harrisburg F3 men arrived at Stallings Road Park this morning to honor our service men and women and to push themselves to get stronger with the monthly installment of #TheMurph. Two FNG’s were also welcomed into the #F3Nation… @TeenWolf (FKA – Brandon Powell) and @Pinto (FKA – Daniel Ford).

Thang: 1 Mile Run, 100 Pullups, 200 Merkins, 300 Air Squats, 1 Mile Run

  1. Great effort by the entire PAX this morning. @TBone and @Othello improved their times. @Othello may have also got an extra round in. Sound off below if you hit a PR.
  2. YHC vaguely recalls @Bull being there… fast throughout and out of site in a hurry. Solid work with the run from home there and back too.
  3. Welcome out @TeenWolf and @Pinto! Strong push through to the end this morning. The soreness will be temporary… the Fellowship remains.
  4. FiA may have been missing two of their PAX this morning… #BusLoitering
  5. The message behind this workout is in honor of our service men and women (past, present, and future) that put their lives on the line for this great country. Regardless of your current service status or service history, continue to strive to be strong male role models and leaders in our community.

    That was a tough one. First time posting for The Murph, and I enjoyed it. F3 undoubtedly has helped me to prepare for things like this. 3 months ago it would’ve been unthinkable. Thank you to everyone in the PAX for always pushing each other. #ISI
