After my epic fail as Q on 8/17/15 (of which Man Down reminded me of, this morning), I wanted to make up for it and challenge the PAX at this unique AO. I anticipated the mubblechatter and embraced it (this time around). “Pay It Forward” comes from a challenging beat down I endured yesterday @TheValley led by Buckwheat. I attempted to pay the challenge forward to the PAX and it went like this:

Good job @Triple Threat! Good use of the AO. Everyone hates that hill but it makes us all stronger every time we use it.
By the way, I was going to be nice this am but @Buckwheat and @ManDown got me fired up during the warm up mosey and it all went downhill (and uphill) from there! Come to @The Valley Monday to Pay It Forward. 😉
@Triple Threat- Good Q this morning. Way to ignore the mumble chatter and stick to your plan! Liked the burpee, lunge, imperial storm walker, merkin, squat, plank jack medley. Sorry, Pax, for pointing out the true definition of an imperial storm walker. Did NOT like that Jacob’s Ladder! #IHATECapitalHill. Thanks also for letting me borrow a pair of gloves this morning. I would’ve been miserable without them.
@TheFarm- Glad I got you fired up to start. I was running on fumes this AM after being up till midnight last night. Adding a little mumble chatter seemed like a good way to wake up before the beatdown ensued.
I wish I could do burpees w/ your height and weight @The Farm. I may enjoy them then too….
