14 of Skywalker’s finest men entered the gloom to get stronger.  Short disclaimer and off we went.

Warmup:

  • SSH x 20
  • Windmill x 20
  • Merkin x 12
  • ISW x 10

Indian Native American Run to the park (that still needs a name….)

The Thang:

Find a picnic table for:

  • 20 Step ups each leg
  • 20 Derkins
  • 20 Dips

Partner up and mosey to the soccer field.  I’ll admit that the field was a little more- okay, a lot more- soggy than expected but hey, we’re already here.  Continue as planned.

  • Partner assisted (if necessary) pull ups on goal post x 10
  • Run to opposite goal for 20 merkins
  • repeato x 3

Mosey to far side of the field and find a rock, circle up

  • Curls x10
  • Lunges with rock overhead x10
  • Chest press x 15
  • LBC x15
  • Drop your rock, rotate, and repeato x 3
  • WW2 Situps x10
  • Sumo Squats x10
  • Foward raises x5
  • Skull Crusher x5

Return the rocks and head to dry land aka the basketball court

  • Partner Carry across and back
  • Wheel Barrow across and back

Back to the parking lot for a few minutes of mary and airborne mind bender, recover
