Stadium, sweat, steps and stairs!

18 of the Harrisburg finest drug themselves out of bed, resisted the temptation to enjoy a few extra minutes (or hours) of shuteye, and made their way to “The Ridge” for a morning “sweatathon”. 5:30 came sooner than later and off we went!

Warm-up

Mosey in lot, butt kickers, high knees, Karaoke right, Karaoke left, run and side to side a full row of parking spaces,skip to inside of stadium by concession stand building, circle up.  Disclaimer made that I am not an expert, exercise at your own pace, if someone were to get hurt, we would not leave them behind and will call for an ambulance or drive one to a hospital if need be.
– SSH x 21
– Mountain Climbers x 21
– Merkins x 11
– Air Squats x 21

The Thang:

– Find partner with equal size and ability. Run up and down each of 5 sets of stadium stairs, mosey to track. With partner, 5 Burpees, bear crawl 10 plus yards, Sprint 50 yards, Wheel barrel 10 plus yards, Sprint 50 yards, 10 Burpees, mosey to start of stadium stairs, then repeato x 2.

Mosey back to where it all began for Mary.

1. As always, appreciated the chance to head such a great group on men today.  Again, if you haven’t had a Q yet, please step up…………if I can do it, there is no doubt anyone can!

2. I’m impressed Tabasco. You have come a long way. Chased you up and down the steps and stairs one whole cycle through. No letting up on your part.

3. Tumbler questioned my affection towards stadium workouts. Not sure of reason, maybe deep down inside I wanted to be a football player? Any mind readers in the group?

4. Chaos, did your ears ring this morning? Swami gave the old Spartan Super shout out on your behalf. August 22nd and there is still a Living Social out there, correct?

5. Thanks Clueless and Othello for helping me out as I was trying to find the 18th F3er I missed. Magnificent always being so far in front of me led to me mistakenly missing him. Great work as always Magnificent.
