  • Round 2 (round of 80)
    4 left-handed swings + 4 right-handed swings (repeato x 10)
    4 left-handed snatches + 4 right-handed snatches (repeato x 10)
  • Round 3 (round of 60)
    5 left-handed swings + 5 right-handed swings + 5 left-handed snatches + 5 right-handed snatches (repeato x 6)
  • Round 4 (round of 40)

  • YHC was greatly encouraged to see DT rolling in that flat bug for the gloom. Welcome back brother!
  • Site FNG Tough Skins did great for his first time swinging a KB. This one is a simple plan but simple is rarely ever easy.
  • Okay so O2 deprivation kicked in when YHC called for elbows down and backs up. Levitation is not yet possible unless your name is David Blane. PAX ribbing was much deserved.

    The workout sucked, but the hole in my hand where I used to have skin sucks worse. The only silver lining (and I did have to search a long time to find it), is that the constant stabs of pain from raw flesh getting bumped or even just touched are crowding out the complaints from all the muscles in my back.
