  • Jerkins half-way down the field – Broad jumps with increasing merkins after each one (1, 2, 3)
  • Lunge walk the rest of the way
  • 20 Carolina Dry Docks at the end
  • Back-pedal to the start
  • Repeato
  • Partner Push down field
  • Partner Pull down field
  • Partner Throw-Downs x 25 (repeato)
  • Partner Get-ups x 15 (repeato)

Cinder blocks in two of four stations

  • Station 1 (Cinders): 20 Squats, 20 Overhead Presses
  • Station 2 (Sans Cinders): 20 Decline Merkins, 20 Calf Raises
  • Station 3 (Cinders): 20 Curls, 20 Skull Crushers
  • Station 4 (Sans Cinders): 20 WWII Situps, 20 Mountain Climbers

Decrease by 5 reps each round. We got down to 10 before the Mary.

Mary

  • Cherry Trimmers – Criss-crossing legs while raising and lowering them
  • Flutter Kicks
  • LBCs

This was a really good, mostly stationary, workout. A good mix of partner stuff with a bit of everything (except bear-crawls because they are terrible). Way to hustle guys!

    Looks like a well done, miserable workout in many ways! Nice job Iron Wolf! Those Jerkins sound especially sucky! Sorry I missed today. Had to meet a couple FNGs out at Tradition. Also got to celebrate Trail Mix’s 1 year F3versary. He brought all kinds of new suck to the time as well!
