Who says you can’t do F3 while being on a church retreat? YHC and @The Closer fought the Fartsack and endured the beautiful 60 degree morning in Black Mountain NC. It went something like this.

Slow mosey to hill
Quadraphelia up 5 air squats
Run back down 1 Burpee
Keep going til 1 air squats and 5 Burpees

Back to another wall
Incline Merkins x 10
Dips x 20
Calf raises x 20
Dips x 20

Back to the hill
Decline LBCs x 20
Decline WWII sit ups x 10

Mosey
More box jumps x 15
Derkins x 5 IC

Mosey to stairs
Sprint up and back down the other side 4 times
