Stretch and Flow

This was a perfect morning for some stretch and flow recovery.

#Warm Up

  • Breath and flow your arms up then back down to mountain pose
  • Breath up and swan dive into forward fold
  • Cobra and Superman – no Banana
  • Repeato

#The Thang
The purpose here was to flow moves and focus on our breath until the breathing and the flow became one.
Flow:

  • Childs Pose
  • Down Dog
  • Plank and lower
  • Lunge
  • Crescent
  • Warrior 2
  • Flap jack and repeat

#Moleskin
Every time I lead Warrior One I get more comfortable and better and putting together different types of workouts that follow the theme f the workout. Much appreciation for everyone that stuck it out with me. Nice morning to focus!
