Run to the B-ball courts at some park down the road

Merkins x12
Mountain Climbers x20
IST x20

Line up on baseline for the following..
Lunges across the count and backwards run back
Karaoke across the count and backwards run back
Karaoke across the count and backwards run back
Bunny Hops across the count and backwards run back
Skip Explosions across the count and backwards run back

Run to wooden fence on the other side of the park

Partner up for the following…
4 Sets of 15 Partner Merkins on the fence & 20 LBC’s
4 Sets of 10 Partner Dips on the fence & 20 Air Squats

Mosey on over to the ditch and grab a rock for the following…
Rock Press x10 IC
Rock Squat x10 IC
Rock Chest Press x10 IC (EC with legs at six inches)
Rock Skull Crusher x10 IC

Rock Press x10 IC
Rock Sumo Squat x10 IC
Rock Chest Press x10 IC (EC with Low Dolly)
Rock Skull Crusher x10 IC

Replace your rock and head back up the hill to the parking lot

    Nice workout today @Col. Mustard! Was having an off day so really appreciated the partner-up approach to help push through it. Always love going to the park down the road….hate the trip back!

    My shoulders are definitely feeling it right about now… and my legs, and my chest, and my… “mommy regions”??? I’ll just chalk that comment up to sleep deprivation, @Colonel.

    @Harding- Good partnering up with you today. You’re going to be a force to be reckoned within F3 Nation. Strong work out there yet again. Good to see you making this thing a habit. I’m looking forward to the workout you’ve got up your sleeve, sounds like it will be brutal.
