Mosey up the hill towards the playground.
Stop along the way for 10 squats in cadence
continue to mosey
stop again for 10 derkins with feet on the bottom rail of the fence.

partner up, partner A to run a full lap around the parking lot while partner B does the exercise. Then Switch until exercise is complete.
- 200 Merkins
- 250 Air Squats
- 300 LBC’s
Mosey up the hill to the concession stand
partner up, partner A does peoples chair while partner B does 20 dips. Switch. Then partner A does peoples chair while partner B does 20 step-ups. Repeato.
Mosey to the hill above the soccer field for an 8 to 1 ladder. Burpees at the top and Merkins at the bottom.
Mosey to Mary.

15 x Pretzel Crunch then switch
15 x Mason Twist.
I called upon Google to give us another exercise and he just about killed us with the low flutter. I finally had to break in and stop him. Merdock then had us do a circle Merkin which lasted 3 rounds.
Merdock tells me after the workout that he woke up this morning thinking that this was going to be an easy workout. I have to say that I am glad I disappointed him.
This was my first of what I hope to be many Q’s. I want to thank Google, Murdock and Smokey for getting me involved with this group. These workouts have made me stronger but also made me a better person. I am grateful for everyone I have met so far in these workout groups.
